My experience with this company was very frustrating. They were lackadaisical in their handling of my case, taking almost a month to close out everything. It was only after the threat of taking the title back that we got them to move. They then blamed the delay on me. Emails and calls were not returned in a timely manner. You could NEVER reach anyone when calling, you always got a voice mail, then you were lucky if you heard back within 3 days.
