I originally thought Centra Amherst cared about me but have experienced a totally different side of their operations over the past few months. Lots of clinical notes and no direct communication from the top. Ashley and Ami are wonderful. Just weird behind the scenes stuff. Seems obvious their priorities are not on the patient. Will be seeking care elsewhere.
I would like to state that the Team, WHOLE Team at Centra Amherst are awesome. As a US Navy Veteran, my life was saved and many issues discovered by my PA (Dr.) Brooks. The front desk is always pleasant and very professional. Nirmally, not much of a wait to be triaged. One of the people that's outstanding is Jennifer, she was in referrals. Staff is always friendly & pleasant. Dr. Bachman is hands down the best doctor in the area! Really listens & very compassionate.
First Impressions. So far so good. My neighbor recommended them as she goes there or other Central locations. I’ve been contemplating for some time establishing care at Centra after years of being at Blue Ridge Medical, seeing as I finally have decent medical insurance.
