I established care with Dr. Bachman at CMG Amherst in January 2025 to search for answers for unknown health issues that I had been struggling with. Dr. Bachman had been suggested to me a few times. My experience at Centra Medical Group Amherst has been extremely positive. The facility is very nice and the people I have interacted with have been welcoming and helpful. I would like to state that the Team, WHOLE Team at Centra Amherst are awesome. As a US Navy Veteran, my life was saved and many issues discovered by my PA (Dr.) Brooks. The front desk is always pleasant and very professional. Nirmally, not much of a wait to be triaged. One of the people that's outstanding is Jennifer, she was in referrals.
