I took my 95 y/o mother to see the audiologist for a possible new hearing aide. He was able to fix her current one! NO CHARGE! Nice guy, will definitely return if need be.
Dr Zimmer had very little bedside manner I wasn't even in their 5 minutes for my follow-up he never even looked in my ear or showed me the MRI I had done and could find nothing wrong with me, getting a second opinion from another ENT personality, I wasn't even in their 5 minutes and was charged for a full appointment, he couldn't find anything wrong with me but yet my ear was plugged... Dr.Chmiel was below grade level, he wrongly diagnosed me , or lack there of and didn’t listen to me he also spent one minute in the room very sad and very serious because I could have gone untreated even longer if i didn't get into a proper ENT
Used to be a frequent with Dr. Zimmer. Unfortunately last time I had seen Dr. Zimmer my appointment was very rushed. But, I did not complain as I understood he may have been busy, and had many people scheduled afterwards. However today when meeting with Dr. Zimmer, I had an entirely different experience. He decided to give me advice on how to enhance my physical looks, “lose the eyelashes you’re a pretty girl.” It was unprofessional and entirely off topic, not to mention i’m 17 years old.
