Rushed appointment, doctor spent maybe 2 minutes looking at me, didn’t read my chart correctly, didn’t care about my problems. He complained about how hectic it was there and he was busy. Misdiagnosed me with GERD, when I came in for a sinus issue. I have nasal congestion, headaches, cough, etc. and with arrogance he proclaimed it sounded like a GERD cough. I am extremely thankful for Dr. Zimmer and his staff. He made extremely sound decisions with seeing both my son and I. And now, when I'm dealing with a delicate health situation, he was proactive in obtaining results, having his staff call me, and giving me a direction to go. My primary still has yet to call me with results but his office did. And for that I'm super thankful for. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Chmiel is probably the worst ENT I could've went to. He seemed to just chuckle at me and not take my issues seriously. My hearing tests passed, which wasn't my issue so he based it entirely off that. He told me to put Vick's vaporub INSIDE my ears to DISTRACT my brain from itching instead of providing me a cause or solution he proceeds to tell me the "issue of itching is so complex he can't even begin to discuss it with me." I took my 95 y/o mother to see the audiologist for a possible new hearing aide. He was able to fix her current one! NO CHARGE! Nice guy, will definitely return if need be.
Dr Zimmer had very little bedside manner I wasn't even in their 5 minutes for my follow-up he never even looked in my ear or showed me the MRI I had done and could find nothing wrong with me, getting a second opinion from another ENT personality, I wasn't even in their 5 minutes and was charged for a full appointment, he couldn't find anything wrong with me but yet my ear was plugged...
