Never have. I had a appointment on time at the earliest 30 minutes, past my scheduled time. add the 15 to 20 minutes they want you there early. That adds up to a lot of my time wasted. I never liked their penalty for not making an appointment which is quite an exuber amount, to me very unprofessional. I also didn't care for the check in staff somewhat nasty at times when I refuse to sign things.
