My vehicle (Dodge product) was towed to the dealership last Tuesday, at the end of day. I called service department and told them it would be arriving and what the issue was that needed to be investigated. Wednesday noon, I called. They hadn’t looked at it as they had no idea what it was there for!? Error number one. Where were notes of individual I spoke to on Tuesday?? Clearly, none were taken. Bought new excavator from them and chased and chased for a manual that wasn't provided. Apologized and finally got the info I requested.
