I have dealt with Stephen Fitzpatrick to purchase two vehicles. Both experiences were excellent. On my recent purchase I had thought someone had keyed my vehicle but after speaking with Stephen we discovered that it was lines of tar that had looked like scratches. Stephen was able to clean this off the vehicle making it look like new again. Thank you Stephen for your great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!!!
My Wife and I visited 4 dealerships before visiting Amherst Chrysler and couldn’t be happier with who we purchased our new to us truck from. Derrek was respectful and curious to deal with and even recommended where to have dinner which was wonderful. Great experience and would recommend anyone looking for an HD Ram to go there. This is what happened to us: we bought a brand new 2024 Jeep in Amherst... and they told us that although the computer part of the radio is broken... as soon as there is a fix... that they will call us to bring it back in. And by 2025 they haven't called us so we decide to bring it in ... and by now we have brought it in to the dealership 4 times and it is still broken... the screen where you connect your phone by Bluetooth,see google maps, select heat or AC, and select the radio is just a large black box 98% of the time... ... read more
