The owner definitely didn’t check their staff drivers license to see if they were eligible to drive!!!!! Cut in front of other cars, change lanes without signal, honking at people while the traffic was slow??!!!! Please learn how to drive first before selling vehicles. Imagine advertising your brand/website on a vehicle whose its driver doesn’t know how to drive!!!!!!!

My vehicle (Dodge product) was towed to the dealership last Tuesday, at the end of day. I called service department and told them it would be arriving and what the issue was that needed to be investigated. Wednesday noon, I called. They hadn’t looked at it as they had no idea what it was there for!? Error number one. Where were notes of individual I spoke to on Tuesday?? Clearly, none were taken. They didn’t look at it until Thursday and then said that parts (spark plugs and coil), wouldn’t arrive until Monday am. Fail #2! S... read more
