Larry, Tom & the crew provide exemplary automobile service at fair prices with good old-fashioned honesty. I've had several vehicles serviced there over the last several years and have never had cause for concern. My only hesitation to recommend them is they'll become so busy it will become difficult to get an appointment. Nonetheless, I do highly recommend Amherst Car Care Center.

We brought my son’s car in for an inspection, two new tires, an oil change and also to get the transmission flushed. Our son is young, it’s his first car, and for some reason thought it was a CVT transmission. Okay fine, Larry wasn’t there that day and this guy Tom runs the shop when Larry is not there. Tom said okay, we’ll flush and fill the CVT transmission. Great service at very reasonable price. I had an issue that prevented me from highway driving, I stopped in without an appointment and was able to pick up my repaired car just a few hours later. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
I do not have enough good words to say about this place. Quality work. Fair prices. There is a famous question posed in business: what is the tone at the top? The tone of the top at Amherst Car Care is competency and HONESTY. It permeates the owner and travels down to the employees.
