Reliable and trustworthy garage to use. Switched to them a couple years ago and have never had an issue. I appreciate that I can send my girlfriend here alone and not have to worry about them trying to rip her off or upcharge her on something unnecessary, and she feels the same way.
Came in for four new tires and asked multiple times (phone and in person) what brand would be installed, as I wanted a trusted brand. The staff were vague, saying they have “all major brands” depending on tire size. They installed an unfamiliar, lower-tier budget brand. While the tires may be functional, I expected better quality for the price I paid. I have been going to Amherst Car Care for 5 years now and I can not recommend this place enough. Larry, Tom and other staff have always been professional, thorough and honest. I trust their judgment and integrity, and I am always happy with their service.
