We were traveling through on vacation when our alternator died and looked up this shop. Thankfully they took the car in even though it was so close to closing before a weekend. They got the new alternator in and we were able to get back to where we were staying and then to get home the next day! They went above and beyond to help us out and we're so thankful!

Honestly such a great experience! Huge thank you to Frankie for taking such good care of my car! He was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel confident instead of stressed. Even with all the brake work I needed, he got me in and out so much faster than I expected. I really appreciate how genuine and helpful he was and it made the whole experience so much easier for me!
Had an excellent experience! Was able to drop off my car Sunday and get my car back in the late evening Monday. The team was knowledgeable and kept us up to speed as they found problems with my car. Price was very fair! Great service, great people will definitely go back!
I wanted to thank Frankie, and the folks at Amherst Auto & Tire, for great work during a difficult situation. I was about 4 hours from home when my truck experienced significant problems. I ended up up making it off the highway and needed towed to a shop. Ricky at Almond Towing did a great job also, and my truck and a trailer to Amherst.
