Intentionally sent the bill in my name- when the account wasn’t in my name, payment info, contact for appt reminders when they knew I wasn’t the primary account holder not married just a emergency contact. Horrible people. Petty, rude ass staff and just trash all around. Amazing pet place on st. Route 20 in Oberlin.
