If I could give Bill and Keyvin more than five stars, I absolutely would. My son had just returned home after major knee surgery, and because his leg was still numb from the anesthesia, he severely injured his toe on the pavement. does not take Anthem Blue Cross insurance leaving customers on the hook for bills much larger then insurance co-pays. Athem is the largest insurer in MA. Unacceptable that they do note take it especially considering you don't have a choice when an ambulance is called. By not having a contract with Anthem they are still able to bill collect from them but they set the rates much higher then insurance pays and bill the customer for the rest.
