Lived here for 26 years. Started out feeling like a retirement home, lots of elderly. Now most of them have passed, and its been filled with large families, 6+ people living in trailers, cars pack the streets. Place is managed by a family owned law firm that seeks profits over compassion. Rent was $260 back in 1996 and now its $500 and they charge you per kid an extra $5.
This is a park filled with old mobile homes with yards full of junk piles.
