I was looking for a cleaning company to work with since we bought an Airbnb vacation house. I tried couple companies but unfortunately was disappointed with the work they did. Thanks god I found AMH! Incredibly unprofessional business. I worked one day and was taken back by the boss sitting on her bum all day, and her manager cussing in front of clients. I got no training. We worked an 8 hour day but since we don’t get paid for driving time, it only came out to be a 3 hour day. Her manager expected us to be there at 6am during a snowstorm, even though I was told 8am was the start time. The owner is very unprofessional. She does not communicate with her employees and she sets them up for failure. I wouldn’t not recommend this company for cleaning or a job.
