What a wonderful management company. I have been renting with them for a year now. I have only had a few issues that needed service. A hot water heater went out, garage door opener was not working correctly. Trees trimmed. EVERYTHING WAS FIXED THEY DAY I PUT IN A SERVICE REQUEST. They are so friendly & quick to respond to any questions I might have. I feel very reassured knowing that AMGA is the management company looking out for me and the homes they manage.
I rented a single house for a year, and from the moment I moved in until I encountered any problems, the staff were always patient and enthusiastic in helping us resolve them. The room issues were handled very promptly. I am grateful to AMGA for their thoughtful service.
I use AMGA to manage my rental property and have had a great experience so far. Their communication is timely and clear, and they handle issues quickly and efficiently. They also have reliable in-house contractors, which makes maintenance and repairs much smoother. The tenants they work with have been professional and easy to communicate with as well. Overall, AMGA has made the management process very smooth and stress-free.

We woke up to no heat yesterday and contacted AMGA. They responded promptly and kept in contact letting me know the ETA of the maintenance man. Two super friendly men came and within 20 minutes, I had heat. The last place I lived left me without AC for 6 months and gave me the runaround. And this was a nice leasing community and an expensive lease. My experience with AMGA has been the exact opposite. I have been leasing from AMGA for almost 4 years and have not a single complaint!
