By far the best yoga studio I've ever been to. Amanda is an excellent instructor. She customizes each session to best address my needs and goals on that particular day. She takes my personal level of strength and flexibility into account, so I'm getting the most out of every session with her. Amanda does it all. She will challenge you physically and mentally. My friends and I come in stressed and leave refreshed . She also gives awesome facials . She’s very patient , kind and loves what she does . It shows . We never end up doing the same boring class. Each session caters to what we need and interested in . Amanda gives divine facials! So relaxing and peaceful! I am a heath care working and it’s just want I need to recharge and ground. I have also gotten brow lamination from her and loved!!! ♥️
