This was a very mixed experience. The providers seemed pretty good face to face, but made some serious missteps. The interface with the office was mostly terrible. I was my mom’s advocate and I just couldn’t roll the ball forward. The office staff half the time seemed irritated that I was calling… Again. It took way too long to get communication back. My grandparents are on currently on AMG and have received above-and-beyond care. Their provider takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes sure both our grandparents and our family understand what’s going on with their care. They don’t rush through appointments, and they genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. That level of attention makes a huge difference for seniors who often feel overwhelmed by medical visits. We are very grateful for Mark Deis, NP and the entire care team.
