I had the most amazing prenatal massage experience with Shelby! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and cared for. Shelby was incredibly knowledgeable about prenatal needs, made sure I was supported and safe the entire time, and customized the massage to relieve the exact areas where I was feeling tension. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably lighter both physically and mentally. I would highly recommend this to any expecting mom—it was truly a gift for both body and mind.

Visited for a massage twice recently, it really helped loosen up my back. Nice quiet space, owned by a great family!
My husband has been seeing Shelby for a while and he always said how great the massages were, so I switched over recently. He is absolutely right! She knows exactly where all the spots are and does a great job of loosening up my muscles (which isn’t easy). I’m so glad I made the switch.
Shelby and Aaron have both been incredibly helpful in tailoring to my family's various needs while ensuring we can get back to being active and healthy! They both do a great job of assessing your personal needs and making recommendations from there!
