Beware! Customer service was exceptional until forced deposit. Then they didn't have time for us - read emails below. There was a noticeable shift in tone and attitude after we paid the deposit, which has left us feeling undervalued as customers. We asked for deposit back and was told its non refundable due to the time spent working on our plans. The majority of the workmanship was good. However, administration communication and customer service were very disappointing.
Adam & Michelle are delightful to deal with. We are very happy with our new kitchen, wardrobes and laundry cupboard. We would definitely recommend AMG to family and friends.
We are so happy that we chose AMG for our kitchen reno. At our first meeting with Adam we were impressed by his professional approach and respectful manner. When we called into the showroom we met Michelle who is also such a really nice person to deal with.
