Doctor is good doctor but I feel staff needs training on dealing with patients. I recently needed paperwork filled out for my job and I talked to the nurses which were not to concerned if I switched to another doctor or not. Paid $25 for paperwork that was worthless and as told doctor wouldn’t fix or change paperwork but it was changed before I picked it up.
Cant see dr when sick,, rude staff, and they do not listen to patients, they make you dread going to the dr In response to your reply doctor hill I've done nothing but got worse ever since I can barely walk I can barely talk I am miserable So talking to your patient avokit is not gonna help me any seeing a doctor would
Do not like the fact if you need a prescription refilled you have to call their office and give them the following info Dob, your Pn#, pharmacy name, the pharmacy pn#, the drug name,the strength of the drug, the dosage amount per day,the amount of tablets for refill and the Rx number. The doctor I had before had all of this information on my chart. And it was automatically called in to the pharmacy. And on top of that I have to leave a voicemail for the refill .
Been here for over 10 years. Kevin Hill and staff are the best you’ll ever get. They are always there and go over and beyond to make sure your personal health is a priority. God bless everyone there!
Susan Reynolds and her staff are not very personable. The office staff needs an attitude adjustments!!
