I would give zero starts if I could. This dealership is the definition of why used car dealers get such a despicable rap. Their service department follows suit. Just a completely bad experience from start to finish
Yea definitely the worst dealership I've ever entered. But specifically the service is disjointed, they just took my key and then told me how much everything would be. Soo completely blind sided by the price. Also most aggregisously when I pick up the car it noticeably had less gas in the tank and my fuel cap was left open. Now why would a mechanic need to open my fuel tank if I'm getting an oil change and tires rotated. Please avoid this place at all costs!!!!
