This dealership is straight-up shady. They told me to send $100 to fix some paperwork, and as soon as I paid, they blocked me. No explanation, no refund—just took the money and ran like some low-level scammers. If they’re pulling this nonsense over $100, imagine how badly they’ll screw you over on a car. Total joke of a business, don’t waste your time or money here.
Asked him to change dmv paperwork for me and he said $100, I said no problem sent money and he said was gonna mail paperwork and never sent them. Make sure u don’t pay till u get what u ask for. I am super super disappointed
My friend purchased a car from there. Guy was a nice guy. My friend didn’t register car and wanted to sell it to our buddy. So my friend called dealership and he said we can either come to his office and he can change paperwork or he can mail to us but he charges $100. So my friend told him please just mail to us since we live 1hr away. So we sent him money and he said he will mail out paperwork same day. Purchased a bmw from him customer service was great and so was pricing. But I never ended registering car, had a buyer for it. Called the owner and he said that he can change paperwork for me & either I can go to the office or he can mail them to me but he charges $100. I told him if he can mail them cause I live 1hr away. He said if I paid him right away he can send paperwork out same day, so I sent payment and he never ever sent paperwork.
