I've been going to AMF Studio for a couple years now. I have enjoyed every class I've taken. Ashley is awesome at offering modifications to each exercise, so you can choose your level of impact and intensity. I get an amazing full-body workout every time!
AMF Studio is a one of a kind workout studio. It felt like home from the very first class. Ashley is so knowledgeable and personable and offers a variety of wonderful and unique classes!
I’ve been attending classes for over a year. Wow! Ashley is so insightful and encouraging to each of her clients. Day 1 I was asking about certain moves to adapt and now I’m doing the same moves as many others. Many women who also attend are now friend of mine and knowing we are there for each other makes this place better than anywhere I’ve been! Thank you a Ashley for creating such a wonderful community!
Such an upbeat and positive place to workout. Ashley is great at keeping workouts fun and is always encouraging during class!!
I have been attending Strollercise classes with my 8 month old daughter since Ashley started offering them and these classes are AWESOME. I love having something to do with my little one and Ashley is an incredible instructor - the classes are always fun and challenging! I highly recommend AMF Studio!
