Purchased a home built by these folks. Less than 2 years old. The inspector we used was, as we later found out, horrible. So many build issues. Leaking tubs, poorly installed and run plumbing (huge problem!), halfass trim work, tiles coming off in the shower, doors that won’t close properly bc the latch is not properly lined up, newly developed cracks in the ceiling, poorly done crawlspace, etc. I could go on. Rented a property from these ppl and they never wanna fix nothing and they consistently lied to me about this property being own by someone else. But when I looked up tax papers online to see who own the house and it was them! I recommend no one give these ppl ur money, time, nor business!!
