Fun! – The place doesn't look like much, but it's a blast! Went in on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a few rounds. Not too crowded and the prices were GREAT. Manager was there, very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend for a fun bowling experience!

Awesome Place To Meet New..Cute..Interesting..Ppl(: – I love going to the covina bowling alley, specially on wednesday nights:) there is this really cute CSR with really PINK checks & CURLY hair. He looks like he is a really hard & dedicated worker. Hes always making sure that the alley is cleaned up & at the same time tries to have fun while getting his job done(: If i had to grade his work at the alley...i would so give him an A++++++:)

STAY AWAY – The customer service there is horrible. There is nothing worse than someone that is completely rude to their customers. The guy at the front desk talks to you as if you were dumb and "nope, all the other lanes are reserved", we only have one left. It was clear that HALF of the place was NOT in use, we were about the 6th group of the night, and when we had called for reservations before hand, the guy said they don't do reservations. STAY AWAY – The customer service there is horrible. There is nothing worse than someone that is completely rude to their customers. The guy at the front desk talks to you as if you were dumb and "nope, all the other lanes are reserved", we only have one left. Go some where else to bowl! – Don't bowl here. The girl at the front desk is in way over her head. Enen though over half the lanes were available, she had us wait (20 minutes) while she figured out where to put the two other groups of 3 amd four, before giving us a lane. The kiddie bumpers were up on the lane she gave us. I called on the service intercom and asked if they could lower them for us, her response was "maybe". After getting our shoes on and programing in our names, I figured out how to pull the bolts out and stom... read more
