Good, but not great – Lanes are well oiled, a little pricier than Thousand Oaks. Staff was unresponsive. Definately not what I would call customer friendly. My wife does not own her own ball. Rentals were horrible. Scoring computer is confusing. One computer must be shared by two lanes. The players in the other lane screwed up our game. This aside the lane conditions were excellent.
