Avoid this developer - owner from 488 University Ave, they over charged about 200% the property tax on final closing, and is still yet to refund us. Management informed us all adjustment goes through someone named Katherine Lightbourn, she started saying she does not know anything and pushed it off to another guy named Virgillio in accounting. None of which are responding to the request. They just don't want to refund the overcharged tax money which is over 3k per unit.
