Upon arrival i was immediately greeted by someone and was given a seat that was more comfortable for my lower back due to the pain. I was greeted by Crystal who has a very warm personality and she took the time to address my issues before my session. I felt very comfortable with her. Her approach was inviting and her technique was fluid and not choppy. Whenever she asked if I needed extra work she would go back to that area and work more without hesitation.
