it's unfortunate that i've had nothing but negative experiences with this organization. it's true that there motive is only about money, and they only get to a case when they feel like it. We've tried to work with them since the beginning of the year, so around 7 months. And still have not been able to get an assessment done even after completing all the request they need to authorize another adult to do the assesment for my children as i have two jobs and go to school currently.
Amethyst is doing some of the most important mental health work in the community!
GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE ESPECIALLY FOR COURT ORDERED ASSESSMENTS AND CLASSES. They don’t care to give you fair treatment, they genuinely only care about money. First, I was quoted over the phone by Molly that it was $35 for an assessment , then was billed $300+. I got an assesment from somewhere else but to receive the results it would put me past my court deadline to submit them. So I came here and explained the situation they guranteed me they could make the deadline. They ended up recommending almost triple amount of classes... read more
