Horrible company! I’d never work with them again.
It takes 6-8 months for the repair team (which is one guy) to repair any calibration system that Ametek offers in their supply line. Backwards, good ol' boy system when you work inside. Will have you working overtime for no reason just for products to get backed up. Company makes $1 Billion every 90 days, but won't pay their employees.

We sent a machine in for service beginning of April. It is August and they still have not looked at the machine. For the last month, I have just been trying to get the machine back to send to someone else to be serviced. They do not respond to emails. Three people are copied on the emails and they are ignored by everyone. They do not pick up the phone. Avoid at all costs.
