I called this place with an absolutely wild request, they couldn't directly help me but the lady who answers the phone was the nicest person you could ever ask for and she made sure to give me all the info I needed to find my crazy window request and told me if all else fails call her back. You don't get that anymore. Most people would just hang up.
They repaired 22 window balances/sashes, 8 screens and 5 panes of glass. Did a phenomenal job. Everyone else wanted us to replace windows at a grand a piece as most places don't do repairs just replacement. Owner is a stand up guy. Honest and trustworthy.
I needed a window to be repaired, called several companies and they told me I had replace it. Called Amesco and the owner said to send pictures of the parts needed. Today they came and repaired it. Charged me $100.00 for parts and labor, they saved me the cost of a new window. I would call them before you buy a new window.
