Kevin is very kind and knowledgeable. He helped us with the transmission, showing grammy how to stay in automatic and also use the manual option. He even test drove. Grammy chickie is very happy and will be returning surely for a transmission flush.
Had some issues with my vehicle and was recommended to Amesbury Transmission by another shop. Kevin took my car in the day after we spoke on the phone and was able to look at my car and get it returned to me in a timely manner.
