Great team and they were honest upfront with costs. The team broke down all expenses and provided suggestions for me to make a sound decision. Great service and I’d recommend bringing a vehicle to this shop for those second guessing there options and being taking to the bank by a dealership. I recently had brought my car to diagnose a pretty harsh vibration I was experiencing. I have a Toyota rav4 and this was my first experience with the shop and I couldn’t be more happier. They were able to efficiently diagnose the issue (drive shaft u joint) along with needing my rear shocks replaced. They’re professional and have excellent customer service. We got a flat tire on our Lincoln Nautilis few nights ago. Unfortunately, the spare tire also went flat. We had it towed to Amesbury Foreign Auto on a friend’s recommendation. I’m so glad we did! They were able to get the spare tire to hold air and we were able to safely drive the car home. They also did a full inspection on the vehicle and didn’t charge us a dime. I feel like this level of service is unheard of…and I am so appreciative. Highly recommend!
I always have a great experience at AFA. I have been using them for years and never had any issues. Whether it be a routine oil change or something unexpected, the team at AFA always makes sure everything is taken care of. They are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They listen to my questions, concerns and ideas with patience and respect. And they provide answers and info in a manner I can understand. . I highly recommend them!
AFA is a trustworthy, efficient and professional service company. We have used them since moving to the area five years ago and have nothing but high praise for their work. Communication is over-the-top…. Nothing is done without full explanation and often I’m made aware of an issue that may need attention 6 months to a year ahead. We are beyond pleased with AFA.
