Staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable: Danielle helped me narrow down choices, Precious answered all my questions patiently, and Tyler made sure the pick-up process was smooth. They even had a Starbucks machine on-site, which made the visit feel extra welcoming. Highly recommend Ames for anyone looking for quality tile, great service, and expert advice!
