Gumer was super helpful and made the whole process easy. He helped me find exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Great service from Gumer at Ames!
Definitely one of the best tool stores! I bought a pair of stilts, and unfortunately, they had a manufacturing defect; however, the guy at the store contacted the manager very quickly, and she instructed him to exchange the stilts for me or issue a refund. Excellent staff!
The associate working is awesome she help me with all of my issues she is great!!!
