Una compañía que tiene los materiales y herramientas para la construcción, bien; gran compañía , pero cuando se trata de una devolución se vuelven pequeños. En más de 7 años comprando herramientas allí. Para el Finish y el drywall. Hace poco compré una pompa para textura y sin ser utilizada ni quisieron cambiarla por otra herramienta. No queríamos el dinero. Solo cambio. Hay políticas que dicen que algunas herramientas no tienen devoluciones. Cosa que debe decirse al venderse. No pegar un papel que nadie lee.
This store is amazing! The toy store for drywall! Ive known the manager for 20 yrs. Innette and her assistant are always so helpful and store is always clean. Innette is the best!
Soy cliente de Ames desde 1989 y siempre me tratan con buen carino y la jefe Innette siempre tan amable, me ayuda con todo no importa lo que es, me gustaría que todas las tiendas que entro es como Ames de Orlando!
Para el trabajo de drywall y finish encuentras las herramientas adecuadas,solo que cuando compres una herramienta de tapetech ten cuidado porque si la quieres devolver por algún defecto de fábrica no te devuelven tu dinero ni te dan una nueva simplemente te la llevan a revisión y la herramienta sigue como siempre mala...ten cuidado si no quieres pasar dolor de cabeza como nosotros y hablo de una bazooka tapetech por lo demás las muchachas que atiende son amables
