I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Ames Janitorial Services. After being a loyal residential customer for years — including continuing to pay during COVID lockdowns to support the business even when services weren’t actually being provided — I was shocked to find out that their residential cleaning services were cancelled with no notice at all to long-time customers. Ames Janitorial Services’ employees provided window cleaning for our home. Our windows were cleaned inside and out. This review comes late, since the services were provided in November, but I’ve decided this happened for a reason. It is amazing to me how long the windows have remained so clean! Ames cleaned our windows in a very large building and on a very cold and windy day. They look fabulous and we feel more professional when clients visit. The crew was polite and considerate of our employees working around them.
I hired them for an 'empty-house ' clean for selling a home. Very visible dust & streaky windows after 1st cleaning. Second cleaning had to be done. Was never notified that rugs hadn't been shampooed yet & house was set to go on market.. Employees were courteous but not professional. Will Not use this company again.
Palm Lutheran Church needed cleaning help while our Sexton was on vacation. Mark came to the church promptly to learn how we clean and disinfect after services. Amanda came to clean and disinfect right after our Christmas Eve service. She did a fabulous job, was on time, very friendly, and helpful. This company provides a wonderful service.
