The pharmacist here are so rude and disrespectful. They yell at you for asking questions and because they don’t know how to process things through your insurance they yell at you and hang up the phone. Still trying to get in contact with the owner smh! UPDATE: I also encourage you guys to take a screenshot of their responses that 100% violate HIPAA! I have officially filed a complaint against them. Excellent prescription service, courteous and professional in every way. Somewhat imited selection of over the counter meds, but nearly anything you could want is available, just not sixteen different brands as you might find elsewhere. I highly recommend Ames, and rate it 5 stars. I will never go back to a giant drugstore chain again!
