I've been blessed to have Dr. Amens as my doctor for about three years. Not only does she takes care of me she takes of my children. If you are looking for a provider who takes their time to listen to you. This is the place! There is never a wait and never more that 2 people in her office at one time. The fact that she is young and can communicate by text message. It makes life so easier. There is never a long wait for an appointment. I love Dr. Amens and her staff. They really takes care of their patients
I’ve been going to Dr Ames for a couple years. She has always been just what I needed in a doctor!! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring!!! I really appreciate that I can spend time and not be rushed with Dr Ames. I call her my “holistic doctor”! She looks at the total patient. And helps me with ideas on how to be a healthier person. Dr Ames really listens and instead of "your insurance won't cover that" that I used to hear from other providers, we talk about what's worth investing in. I have been able to adjust my insurance coverage which helps offset the monthly cost and feel like I get better care. Our whole family sees Dr. Ames!
Dr Ames really listened to my concerns. She didn't make me feel rushed at all! Best Dr visit I've had in YEARS. I really recommend her and her staff. Very thorough and thoughtful
Dr. Ames will definitely listen to you, but the office administration is not great. In my time there, every single referral was messed up in some way or another, my meds were never filled when my pharmacy requested refills, my disability case was delayed by 2 months because they didn't get them the records (despite every other doctor having no issue getting them over).
