I went for physical therapy the staff is so friendly and helpful. My injury has improved a lot thanks to their physical therapist.
I use the Fitness center 3 days per week. Kelcy's circuit training class, and Denise's yoga classes are excellent! Lockerroom & showers are always clean.
A clean and healthy environment to work out in. I cannot wait to try the pool sometime!
