I work in a bakery and use many of these products everyday. Many of them are reliable and tasty and I have no complaints about. However, the new ganache recipe is completely unbearable to work with. Drips like snot, won’t cover a cold cake at all, takes forever to heat up and usually ends up burnt anyway.
