Not sure where to start but the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. The customer service woman kept making me send something through email then something again then something again which channel relevant to the parts I was looking for. I never asked for them to send me anything free of charge. I told her three times I would pay for the parts and even told her that I would pay usually after $500 which I knew it wouldn’t even be that much, and she still had me playing email tag and accomplishing nothing.
