Stayed at this motel this past weekend. Not impressed. We were there for a girls dance recital and went and asked if we could check in early because of the time she danced. Yes we could for. $26.00 fee! Why would anyone pay a $26.00 fee if the room wasn’t ready and if it was ready, no fee. Ridiculous. Many little girls wanting to swim that evening but they shut the pool down. Had some very flimsy excuses why that they couldn’t back up. We’ve had a great experience staying here! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and the service has been wonderful. The rooms were very clean and well kept, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, and we especially appreciated that the staff opened it a little earlier to accommodate the dancers who were here for a competition so they could eat before their day started. Pool was closed our second night there and we are 7 hrs from home and a whole dance crew is here been at competitions all day and kids were looking forward to swim after competition from nine pm until the pool closed but parents were told at five pm that the pool is closed for the night and several different stories of why and one parent was told and no one would receive any type of discount which is very rude some parents just added tonight for that reason to let the kids swim and now can’t even do so that’s unbelievable wo... read more
