I don't recommend this organization. I received incorrect advice that cost me thousands of dollars. I wrote a letter to my 'advisor' and, months later, he has still not responded.*****************

I'm giving them 5 stars. I met with Kelly ******** at the Brandon office and I found him to be very informative. I have been through a number of financial advisors in the Tampa Bay area and left a number based on performance, or lack of communication. Mr ******** specialty from my understanding is annuities and that is what he educated me on patiently. I thought I had a good understanding of annuities before the meeting but nothing like after the meeting. I found Mr ******** not just to say he was a fiduciary but also to act... read more

Not Good. we had a family member pass away unexpectedly. While working with the financial planner assigned to the investments, he had terrible communication skills, offered numerous incorrect opinions, stated incorrect information regarding policy values and made numerous critical errors with the transmission of the death benefit paperwork and when our family reached our threshold to the errors, we were told this was all a favor and they were normally hands off on the policy by the OWNER/ OPERATOR OF THE COMPANY.
