Brooke is AMAZING!!! Always so helpful and kind!! When I became so frustrated with the unprofessionalism of the new manager Jessica calling me 5x in a day- leaving 2 & 3 messages - (when I had set up a payment arrangement the day before with Mrs Brooke) - yet to the Pushy Mrs Jessica - my arrangement obviously wasn’t satisfactory to her - and she continued to HARASS!! Brooke and Christy are Amazing!!! But I did completely pay off my Title Loan account because of the harassment the new manager Jessica operates under! Jessica acts so unprofessional and I had to threaten harassment charges before she understood I would not allow her to badger me or my wife over a account I had had open for years!!
