I love ameritron amps and Rob & Mike can't be beat, thanks fellas
8+ months for repair. Amplifier came back not only not fixed, but with new problems from their tech. The who thing has been a mess with lack / absence of communication. The information I sent with amp was ignored. I contacted them upon return but all they said was they would forward it to the tech who worked on it and management - (update) I was contacted and Rob offered to have amp come back, but I have already sent it out to to another shop to have things fixed the right way, the 1st time (fingers crossed) - I should have ... read more
Never has ordering a spare part for an 811 been any harder than dealing with this mob, good luck if you dont live next door to the factory. Hopeless , cant even give you a postage cost .............I will just launch this amp into the skip bin.
Extremely slow returning Amp in for repair. Been almost 4 months!!!
