I would give zero stars if possible. Worst title company to work with. They are incredibly disorganized. They lose paperwork and are hard to work with. They don’t give a closing date. Their favorite line is “a few more days.” They were sending paperwork to the wrong email for days. And just brushed it off like nothing. They have no sense of urgency. So far below my expectations. I hope that changes. Local agents I’ve spoke with go elsewhere. Problem lies with management as employees follow their lead. Still time to change but not holding my breath. The saying customers come first does not hold true with Ameri Title. At least the Klamath falls location.

Unprofessional Account Servicing! while leavng messages you can hear them laughing in the background. Extremely hard to process funds transfers with them while workers in the background laughing at clients. One star reviews are spot on. Giving the town of Klamath Falls a bad reputation one transaction at a time!

Pitiful. They say they are going to do something and they do not follow thru. I do not believe one transaction has closed on time. I still have 6 transactions that were suppose to close from Feb. 26-March 11 range. They do not provide updates. The other 1☆ reviews are spot-on They also expect you to print out a 42 page closing packet.

Heather, our closing Escrow Agent, was extremely professional. She closed our transaction efficiently and competently and, at the same time, was accommodating and personable. AmeriTitle is certainly my first choice for any real estate transaction.
