Terrible. They lost paperwork that was their responsibility on a foreclosure and now I've been stuck in escrow over 70 days because they can't find the paperwork that they themselves are responsible for. Our offer was accepted February 9th and these guys can't seem to do anything at this point I'm not even sure these folks are literate. I've gotten nothing but excuses and incomplete sentences from them for months now and we're still not closed.
