I was selling a house in which I was the executor and the devisee. The underwriters they use are out of their league and minds. I amended the first small estate per their request and 1 month before probate closed they want me to have a lawyer vet the small estate. So I got the advice of an attorney who suggested I switch title companies. They also stated they never use Amerititle. I switched to First American title in Medford and the house was closed within a month. 4 months wasted with this company which just cost me money.... read more
Everything went so smoothly, my wife and I were so impressed. Melissa was such a wonderful person to help close, and was a top-notch professional.
The circus has come to Amerititle, what a clown show! You can longer make payments at your local title company like has been going on for at least the last 21 years! To further alienate their customers there is no payment portal! It’s 2025 not 1988? This company is so inadequate no one can even give a reason why this is happening or happened! I know my next Title company will not be Amerititle! They can care less about their clients and customers! Bring back Aspen title! I strongly recommend not using Amerititle for anything... read more
Top notch experience using this office to purchase our house. Our escrow agent Jen was very helpful in answering questions and communicating with us in a timely manner. Prompt and professional service.
I would give zero stars if possible. Worst title company to work with. They are incredibly disorganized. They lose paperwork and are hard to work with. They don’t give a closing date. Their favorite line is “a few more days.” They were sending paperwork to the wrong email for days. And just brushed it off like nothing. They have no sense of urgency.
