Jeff Schopfer and Jillian Koland, Escrow Officers consistently manage our escrow transactions with professionalism, accuracy and friendliness. When I have an escrow to be managed, I sleep well, knowing this team will perform - every time, on time. My clients are always treated with respect and as if they are the most important client of the day.
Recently used this company and they withheld over $800 in fees that they added on post confirmation of the loan. They held this out of the disbursement of proceeds and it took well over two weeks to get this corrected. They were still short $14.00 but this is not worth the ongoing aggravation in dealing with it. If you decide to use this company just be aware you have been warned.
