Got here to deliver a load of 12 pallets, been sitting for over 2 hours and still not unloaded. Forklift drivers just look at me and drive on buy like I'm not here.
The brokerage company (Tortoise and Hare Logistics) hired our company to move two loads with incorrect dimensions causing the shipping department to turn our trucks away wasting time, driver pay, fuel, ect. When told the broker stated that we the carrier didn’t explain our equipment and refused to acknowledge their mistake and refused financial responsibility.
