Jose and Daniel (A20) did a great job!! I really appreciate the time they took to help move my grandparents!
When I called to make my reservation I was made think the move was going to be a certain way. On the day of the move it turns out they had a bunch of extra fees I wasn't told about.Not only that but the movers were unpolite unprofessional and extremely slow. DO NOT recommend this company!
I'll try to be brief....my move time frame Friday (4-6 pm) at 7 pm I called and was told I had cancelled the move...in utter shock I said I can assure you I did not cancel the move. I was told the mover was late with a previous move. He called me directly and said the same thing now arriving between (7 and 8 pm) He showed up at 8 pm to tell me he was not going to go forth with the move due to rain..(Well if that was an issue they could have told me at 4 pm...it had been and was forcasted to rain all day.)
