Sold an unsafe used tire with hole inside inner sidewall for $170 and refused to give refund , after insisting he gave me a partial refund! Horrible customer service
My Toyota Tacoma had a hole in it and they patched it up real quick for the price of $30. I'm so happy they are open 24 hours a day. Not many places are like that! You never know when you need a tire to be fixed in the middle of the night professionally done! These people are very nice, respectful and professional on the customer service they provided to me! They didn't try to scam. I highly recommend their services to anyone! Thank you for your help!
I brought a rim in with a shredded tire. I was shown a used white wall tire and told 120$ I called the owner who was off site and asked him to please help a disabled veteran who was traveling from Fayetteville NC to North Jersey and that was my second shredded tire in the night. Please give me a break. I asked as I removed it and brought it to you. He said I could do 90. I asked him if he could do 80, and he said yes. Thank you for working with me on such a treacherous trip. Wow I can't believe the type of people they are, I went there because I got a flat tire 2 minutes away from the shop so I drove there, Guy on the phone told me to go there and said they have the tire which was 165/45/15 and then originally told me it was 60 but told the guy working I only had $50 then I got a call from the owner saying who told you that and we don't do that and then other guy started yelling at me and so I didn't wanna argue and charge $70 for not even the right size of my tire but I just wanted to home, Thi... read more
