I recently 2 years ago had a new air handler installed through another company where it turned out they installed the incorrect size handler for my condo. Unfortunately, I had been dealing with mold problems for about a year and needed help ASAP. Don't buy a Franklin. Less than 2 years of a brand new install and I'm having to replace the blower motor. Spend a little more and get yourself a reliable unit.
